Linda S. Profit

March 27, 1956 - November 6, 2012

Linda Sue Profit was born on March 27, 1956 in Vinita, OK to Vernon and Mae Hardrick. When she was nine months old, they moved to Wichita, KS. She was the second of five children. She attended Wichita Public Schools: Dunbar, Mueller, and Brooks Jr High. She graduated from Wichita West High School in 1974. She was united in marriage to Ted E Profit on May 10, 1975 for 37 years before her homegoing. To this union three sons were born; Travis, Ted Jr and Tyrone. Linda accepted Christ as her Savior and joined Strangers Rest in 1978. Linda was baptized under the leadership of Dr. A. L. Scott. She devoted 26 years of service as a store manager at Spangles and developed great relationships with many employees and customers. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Vernon Eugene, and one sister, Baby. Linda leaves to cherish her memory, husband Ted of Wichita, Ks., sons Travis and wife Gena of Park City Ks, Ted Jr and Tyrone both of Wichita, grandsons, Mackenzie of Olathe, Ks and Travon ,of Park City Ks, two sisters, Marilyn Hardrick of Shawnee, Ks and Pearlie McCoy of Park City, Ks and a host of relatives and friends.
