Survivors: husband, Leonard A. Hoheisel Jr. of Wichita; brothers, Fred E. Schwarz of Derby, Carl D. Schwarz of Wichita; sister, Janice A. Fisher of Benton; several nephews and nieces. Memorial has been established with American Lung Association.
